New funding scheme HAW-OpenSpace and information event : Date:
Universities of applied sciences (HAW) can use the HAW-OpenSpace call (Förderrichtlinie HAW-OpenSpace) to apply for funding for excellent research infrastructure. A total of 61 million euros is available from the Special Fund for Infrastructure and Climate Neutrality for research projects in the field of key technologies identified as priorities in the High-Tech Agenda Germany and associated technological innovations in strategic research areas.
The projects are intended to develop innovative solutions and take concrete steps towards scaling up within three years, so that the research findings can be rapidly put into practice. The OpenSpace initiative is designed to foster the continuous formation of new research collaborations and the emergence of innovations. A sustainable investment in the future of Germany as a centre of research.
